We are looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a solution to each problem. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company’s customer service policies and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.


  • Answers incoming customer calls regarding order status, product questions, pricing and availability and general customer questions
  • Respond to customer’s emails regarding order status, product questions, pricing and general customers questions
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
  • Maintain knowledge of all processes and procedures
  • Help assist other Customer Experience Specialists whenever needed
  • Stay updated on product knowledge


  • High school diploma/GED required
  • 3 + years’ experience in customer service
  • Good computer skills
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers always
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Patience, attentiveness, ability to use positive language, time management skills, ability to read customers, goal-oriented focus, ability to handle surprises, willingness to learn
