Every ascent is controlled with extra-wide 3" steps and aggressive tread that grips every boot. This so much better than my plain Step Ladder. I feel really safe and secure when working on the top step. This makes changing my smoke detector batteries on the ceiling very easy. It is well built yet light enough to move around easily. It will definitely come in handy the next time I paint my interior walls -- much easier to use and lighter than a full sized step ladder.

My 8' MightyLite 2.0 is great. Two of my neighbors have seen it and asked about where they could get one. The clicking bottom step is a good idea. I missed that step a couple years ago and took a spill. The clicking step will prevent that. I know when I'm on that step now.
