DO YOU SHIP TO P.O BOXES?
No, we do not ship to PO Boxes. We only ship to physical addresses.
WHAT COMPANY DO YOU USE FOR SHIPPING?
We use FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery for our parcel shipments. Oversized products—including the SkyScraper, Hyperlite, Hyperlite Sumo, and Safety Cages—are delivered via a freight trucking company based on your location.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Typically, it will take 5 business days to ship your order, and up to 5-7business days for delivery
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?
Since most products are shipped via FedEx Ground, you will receive an email from both FedEx and Little Giant with a tracking number when your order has been shipped. Because oversized products are shipped via local freight, tracking for those orders is dependent on the trucking company.
ONCE MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I RECEIVE IT?
Fulfillment centers are located throughout the United States. Depending on your location, it can take 3-6 business days to be delivered on parcel orders. Freight orders can take between 7-11 business days.
IS EVERYTHING SHIPPED IN ONE BOX OR ARE THE ITEMS SHIPPED SEPARATELY
Unless the products appear as one bundled item at checkout, each item in your cart will be shipped in a separate box.
I ONLY RECEIVED ONE BOX. WHERE ARE MY OTHER ITEMS?
Commonly boxes will get separated during shipping, especially on orders that include oversized products or accessories. Please allow for 3 business days between deliveries. If you have not received all of your items within our 60-day estimate, please contact customer service at 1-800-453-1192.
WHEN FedEx DELIVERS MY PACKAGES DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR THEM?
We don’t require signatures for two reasons: the majority of our customers are unable to sign for their packages mid-day (while they're usually at work), and our product does not fall under FedEx’s mandatory-signature goods list.
In many cases, FedEx will still attempt to obtain a signature at the designated delivery address. If no one is available to sign, FedEx may leave the package in a safe place without obtaining a signature. If you need to alter this process, the FedEx Delivery Manager allows you to give special instructions for delivery.
Freight trucking deliveries will vary by company and location. Please note in some cases, a delivery appointment may be required for residential freight truck deliveries.
If this is the case, the trucking company will reach out to schedule the delivery appointment.
