Little Giant Ladder Systems® Begins Partnership with Electrical Schools

Springville, Utah, January 4, 2021 – Little Giant Ladder Systems® today announces a multi-year partnership with the National Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (NJATC) to provide ladder safety training to apprentices nationwide.

The NJATC is a nonprofit organization founded by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) and the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) designed to standardize education for electricians and electrical apprentices.

"Little Giant builds for the trades, and this partnership was a long time coming!" said Matt Frisbie, Chief Marketing Officer. "We're honored to support the Electrical Training Alliance and work directly with local JATCs to learn just how to support their training and workflows on the job. Electricians are first on the job site and the last to leave. They are on ladders for most of the day, so we're excited to learn from them and see how our innovations can help electricians work faster and safer!"

As part of the partnership, Little Giant will be developing ladder safety training for all electricians to help them use their ladders safely. Additionally, Little Giant Ladders will be providing ladders to each of the 286 JATC locations around the United States, dependent on each school’s product offerings and specific product needs.
