The new website has a more robust “Where to Buy” page with dealer options and product availability listed. Customers will also be able to view pricing for specific products from the top dealers for that product. The ladder comparison tool on the site will help customers choose the best ladder for their job or project. Video reviews and clearer product descriptions will assist the product selection process.
Those who have already purchased ladders can easily find relevant information for their ladder, due to the site’s better organization overall. Customers will also be able to easily find compatible accessories for their ladders and make the purchase through the website. The product registration process has been streamlined, and customers will be able to easily fill out the product registration form on the website. Additionally, if a customer has a warranty claim, he or she will easily be able to complete the online form in the warranty claim section.
The corporate blog will also be updated regularly, focusing on company announcements and how Little Giant products help tradespeople work more effectively and efficiently.
